1. Agreement to Terms

5. Service Agreements & Business Associate Agreements

These Terms of Service govern your general use of this public-facing website. The provision of our professional services to clients is governed by a separate, formal Service Agreement and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and the terms of an executed Service Agreement or BAA, the terms of the Service Agreement and BAA will take precedence.

6. Site Management

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Service;
  • take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Service;
  • in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable any of your contributions or any portion thereof;
